The coin’s reverse portrays a festive motif comprising a coloured image of a decorated Christmas tree with the inscription WISHING YOU A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and includes The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.
Australian Legal Tender Coin
Issued as Australian legal tender, the coin’s obverse depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the year-date and the monetary denomination.
Official Australia Post Stamp
Affixed to the envelope is an official Australia Post 55c stamp. The stamp is postmarked for the first day of issue and the envelope includes Australia Post’s Seal of Authenticity and official number
Beautifully Designed Presentation Envelope
The uncirculated aluminium bronze coin is housed in a beautifully designed card with a circular window revealing the coin’s reverse and obverse designs.
