This Diamond Eye kilo coin from the Australian Lunar Silver Coin Series celebrates the Year of the Ox with a design depicting an ox and its Chinese lunar year-date.
Hand Set Diamond
The design incorporates a 0.02-carat hand set diamond in the ox’s visible eye. Other design elements on the coin's reverse include the Chinese character for ‘ox’ and a symbolic border of yellow bats and purple clouds - colours traditionally used on the Chinese Emperor's robe.
