How to Open an Account

  1. The PMDP Product Information Statement includes the necessary application form and instructions to open an account.
  2. Upon receipt of the application, Depository Services will review the documents and if in order, will email a client code and further instruction.
  3. The client code and nominated password are used to verify identification when dealing with Depository Services.
  4. PMDP requires a minimum of 10% of the total value of any proposed purchase in cleared funds in ar PMDP account before dealing instructions can be accepted. Most clients usually deposit the full amount upfront. Please note: Any trade of $2,000,000.00 or more will require the full value being cleared in the account.
  5. Please include your client code in the wiring instructions when sending funds to Depository.
  6. Depository Services does not accept payment by cheque in any form. Funds must be sent by electronic transfer from your bank account.
  7. Email notification is sent to your nominated email address upon receipt of your funds.
  8. Clients should contact our office by phone when ready to transact. Receipt of funds does not generate an automatic purchase of metal.
  9. On completion of purchase, the bullion trader will send, via email, a trade confirmation.
