I Can't Login 

1. Are you using the correct email address?

  • Some customers have multiple email accounts - check you are using the email address you registered with.

2. Are you typing your password correctly?

  • Please pay attention to the non-alphanumeric characters in your password (hyphen, dot points, brackets, etc).
  • The password field is case sensitive. Ensure that you are typing upper and lower case letters exactly the same as you did when registering.
  • If you are unsure about your password, please use our 'Forgotten Password' tool to retrieve your registered password.

  Did not receive your 'Forgotten Password' email within 10 minutes?

  • TIP: Some email providers may place this email in a 'spam' or 'junk' folder. Check your 'spam' or 'junk' folder and stop this occurring by adding system@perthmint.com.au to your Contacts folder or Safe List.

3. Have you unsuccessfully tried to Login three times?

  • For security reasons, your account is temporarily locked-out after three failed attempts to Login.

I Want To Change My Registration Details 

  • You can change your personal details (such as address and contact numbers) by logging in to your online account on our website. Once logged in, click on the 'Profile' link on the right hand side panel to access your details. Alter as needed and don't forget to save after that.
  • Non-editable aspects of your account may only be changed by contacting The Perth Mint directly. Please contact our Online Technical Assistance team on webhelp@perthmint.com.au or by calling +61 8 9421 7275.

I Have One Of The Following Problems When I Am Logged In 

1. I cannot see some of my previous orders listed.

  • You will only see a list of online orders. Products purchased by Telephone or with an Order Form do not appear. 

2. I'm unable to finalise my order because the website cannot find my account details.

  • This is most likely temporary. Please wait a moment before trying again. If the problem persists, please contact our Online Technical Assistance team on webhelp@perthmint.com.au or by calling +61 8 9421 7275.

3. I'm unable to finalise my order because I cannot see the 'Submit' button.

  • In this unlikely event, please try ordering using a different web browser (e.g. Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari). If the problem persists, please contact our Online Technical Assistance team on webhelp@perthmint.com.au or by calling +61 8 9421 7275.
  • TIP: All items in your shopping cart will still be there next time you login.
